Some problems and fixes when using other browsers than IE:

Problem: Website doesn't work in my Firefox browser. I don't have video and audio.
Solution: Install this Firefox plugin.

Problem: Website doesn't work in my browser (Windows XP/Non-Mac). I don't have video and audio.
Solution: You need Windows Media Player 10 or 11 to watch. Click here to download Windows Media Player 11.

Problem: Rating and adding to "My Channels" list dosen't work.
Solution: Delete all temporary internet files and cookies stored on your computer.

Problem: Website doesn't work LINUX computer.
Solution: There are 2 options:
                   a) Firefox & MediaPlayerConnectivity plugin
                   b) Firefox & VLC plugin
